HOW QUICKLY IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
Deliveries are scheduled from Monday-Friday (we do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday).
Orders are typically processed for shipping within 1-2 business days of order placement,
holiday’s notwithstanding.
HOW DO I CHECK ON AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking
information so you can track the status of the order at your convenience. Please allow
approximately 2-4 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you have questions

available to assist you Monday through Friday.

save so you never run out of your favorite products. We automatically send your refills based
upon your chosen frequency. Plus, you'll receive each delivery at a discounted price. Please
check subscription frequencies for associated discounts as discounts may vary. The service is
easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just click

How do I subscribe & save?
Select the "Subscribe & Save" option for the product you'd like, choose your shipment
frequency, and continue to checkout.
Can I use a discount code on subscription products?
Because our subscription program offers product discounts as part of enrollment, we do not offer
additional discount codes to be applied to subscriptions at this time.
What products are eligible for subscription?
All products are eligible for subscription. There is no long term commitment, you can change or
cancel your subscription at any time.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice and may include charges for shipping and
handling if required by law. Customers are responsible for the payment of any state and local
sales or use taxes that may apply to each order.
